By accessing our website and making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

All gemstones sold by GemsMantra are natural, ethically sourced, and come with lab certificates from recognized gemological laboratories (GIA, GRS, IGI, AGS, SSEF, or equivalent). While we make every effort to accurately represent our products through photographs and videos, gemstone colors may vary slightly due to lighting and display settings. We guarantee the authenticity of all stones as described in their certificates.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.

We accept payments via Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets). For high-value orders, we may offer partial payment options. In case of partial payments, the balance must be cleared before shipment.

All orders are shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated. Gemstones are shipped via insured courier services (Delhivery, BlueDart, or equivalent). Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges, applicable taxes, and insurance fees are as displayed during checkout. International shipping is available for select countries - please contact us for a quote.

We offer a 7-day return policy for all gemstone purchases, subject to the following conditions:

• The gemstone must be returned in its original condition with the lab certificate and all packaging
• Returns must be initiated by contacting us within 7 days of delivery
• Custom-made or bespoke jewellery items are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error

Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Astrology and Kundali consultation services are provided by third-party Vedic astrologers through our platform. These services are spiritual in nature and results may vary. GemsMantra does not guarantee any specific outcome from consultations.

Consultation fees, once paid, are non-refundable unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.

You agree not to:
• Use our website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our website
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our services without permission

All content on the GemsMantra website - including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software - is the property of GemsMantra or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GemsMantra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Gemstone metaphysical properties and astrological benefits are based on traditional Vedic beliefs and are not medically or scientifically proven. Purchase decisions based on these beliefs are at your own discretion.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GemsMantra, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our website.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
